Returns

We are confident you will love your new art piece! However, if there is an issue with your order, we will endeavour to do everything we can to make it right. If something has gone wrong, please reach out via the contact form with the subject line ‘Customer Complaint’ so we can look into this and find a solution together.

We do our best to provide colour-accurate photography of each artwork for sale, please note however that some calibrations may differ slightly between devices so some variation may occur.

As we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns or the swap of one art piece for another. As all purchases are considered final, please choose your product carefully as we are unable to offer returns, refunds, credits or exchanges for any change of mind purchases including full price or sale items.

Liability

We do not take any liability for goods once they are in the collector’s possession. We are unable to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products within the customer’s care.

All product descriptions have been clearly written on the website. It is not our duty to compensate customers who have not read the information provided prior to their purchase. This applies to any items for sale within larisamarie.com.
