Shipping Policy
All pieces are shipped to your door via our trusted couriers Pack and Send. Tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.
New Zealand Shipping
Free shipping applies to all products shipped within New Zealand.
International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, United States, the United Kingdom and several countries within Europe. If you would like to buy a piece but we don’t currently ship to your country, please contact us via the contact form and we will look into including this in our system.
Express shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping.
Warranties
Your purchase is covered by insurance against loss or damage during the shipping phase. Larisa Marie Art will not be held liable for any damages for goods that occur within the customer’s possession.
Duties and taxes
For all international orders, it is your responsibility to pay any customs duties, taxes or other similar charges according to your country’s requirements. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
Items are declared at the purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.
Dispatchments
Larisa Marie Art is a small studio and we are dedicated to getting your order shipped out as soon as possible. Please note that we are often processing several orders at once and this may cause some increased delays in dispatching. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
I haven’t received my order yet, can you help me?
Due to the effects of Covid-19, shipping delays are occurring for both domestic and international orders. We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. Following the fulfilment of your order, you will be provided with the tracking information.
Uncollected parcels
We are unable to ship your artwork again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the address provided was incorrect or customs and import duties were not paid.
The cost to reship unclaimed artwork varies between countries, and you agree to pay the shipping cost for your location.
